Site Architect là kiến trúc sư on-site giám sát construction — đảm bảo build đúng design intent + spec + code. Là bridge giữa design office + construction crew. Critical cho project quality + delivery timeline + budget control. Without Site Architect, construction drift from design + quality drop.
Site Architect (Resident Architect / Architect-in-Charge) là kiến trúc sư representative on-site during construction. Phân loại theo project type: (1) Residential — villa, apartment, townhouse; (2) Commercial — office tower, retail, mixed-use; (3) Hospitality — hotel, resort; (4) Healthcare — hospital; (5) Education — school, university campus; (6) Infrastructure — airport, station, bridge. Phân loại theo employer: (1) Architecture firm — representative at site; (2) Owner / developer in-house — owner's rep; (3) Construction manager firm — design oversight.

Closeout documentation: as-built drawing, warranty, operation manual. Post-occupancy: 11-month inspection (warranty period). Lesson learned: report back to Project Architect.
